Post-Heating

 

Heat Gun
  1. Heat the vinyl up to 200-220°F (93-104°C) using a heat gun
  2. Apply pressure on the heated section
  3. Air channels should become visible and sharp on the face side of the film. That proves that the air channels are collapsed and the adhesive bond is increased.
