No, it is not recommended for dry-erase applications.
Explanation: PVDF also known as Polyvinylidene fluoride works great initially with dry erase ink and erasable just with cloth. Over time (3-6 months) the dry erase ink starts to leave a shadow also known as ghosting effect. After 6 months, the ink becomes imprinted in the film and even with isopropyl alcohol(IPA), the ink will not come off.
