Can I wet apply film with air egress feature (i,e, 6000XRP, 6100XLP, SLX)?
No. It's best to dry apply film with air-egress because application fluid will be trapped in the air channel paths that were meant for air to escape when pressure is applied. Having liquid in the channel matrix will interfere with the ultimate bond of film to the substrate.
