What is the minimum size for cut & weeding?

The minimum size to cut and weed can be 1" (25mm) for non-air egress films to 3" (75mm) for air-egress films.

Generally, these are the smallest text size we recommend for these products. Customers can go smaller, but weeding is more difficult and requires better cutting conditions:

Cut Films:
Cast/Calendered Cut graphic films: 1 inch

Printable Films:
PVC film with no air egress adhesive: 1 inch
PVC film with air egress adhesive: 3 inch

Reflective product no air egress: 2 inch
Reflective product with air egress: 3 inch
