It depends but the principle behind the technique is applicable to all brands of wrap film. IJ180 has a different film, air release, and adhesive properties so the required pressure to apply and temperature to soften the film will be different. The straw tip shown in the video may not work as well with 3M because the straw may stick more to their adhesive thus making it difficult to remove.
