What are the differences between DPF 8000 and DPF 8200?
DPF 8200 is the new and improved version of DPF 8000. It has less shrinkage than DPF 8000 (which has a lot of shrinkage). DPF 8000 has a slightly higher ultimate bond (5 lbf/in) than DPF 8200 (4 lbf/in). Both products are high tack and are recommended for low-surface energy/hard to stick surfaces for permanent applications. For new customers who have never tried 8000 or 8200, or customers who hate the shrinkage of 8000, recommend DPF 8200.
DPF 8000 and DPF 8200 both share the same face stock: white, digitally printable, premium calendered film. DPF 8200 was created to address the high shrinkage with DPF 8000.
