Download HP Latex media presets / profiles
Media Presets for HP Latex Generation 2, Generation 3, and Generation 4 series printers are designed to be stored on the printer’s internal hard drive. You can find Arlon Media Presets by navigating on the printer control panel to “Substrate Library,” then “Online Search.” Select the desired Media Preset, and it will be imported to the printer’s hard drive automatically.
1. Go to the printer control panel > "Substrate Library".

2. Go to "Online Search" on the left, Brand dropdown box select Arlon, and search for the desired media. Touch the download arrow button, and the media preset will be downloaded and imported.

3. After the media preset finishes downloading, the RIP software should then recognize the Media Preset; there is NO need to upload the preset to the RIP software (Onyx, Flexi-Sai, Caldera, etc)
