If I screen print dual color 5590 white film with Navy blue, will it interfere with sign brightness at night when back lit?

If I screen print dual color 2290 white film with Navy blue, will it interfere with sign brightness at night when back lit?

Screen printing Dual color white will not interfere with backlit white because the 2nd layer is a white and backlit with highlight the white layer and not the green top layer.
