Is the release liner recyclable?

Unfortunately, the release liner is usually not recyclable.

The coating that is applied to the paper liner is usually not biodegradable nor recyclable. This coating is not able to be cleanly separated from the paper base of the liner, thus making the whole liner not recyclable.
