Are Arlon Products UL 969 certified?

Arlon does not routinely send products for UL 969 testing and certification.

UL 969 is a safety standard published by Underwriters Laboratories for marking and labeling systems used on products. It evaluates whether a label will remain legible and properly adhered to a product over time under real-world conditions.

If a film is “UL Recognized” under UL 969, it means the entire construction (facestock + adhesive + printing method) has been tested and approved for specific surfaces and conditions.
