What are the required information for a profile request?
Media and printing parameters
When customer call and need media profile, there are 5 primary questions to ask:
- What is the Arlon media? SLX, DPF 6100XLP, DPF 8000?etc
- What is the printer model? Roland XR640, HP Latex 360, Mimaki JV300-160, Mutoh VJ1624X..etc
- What is the ink configuration? CMYK, CMYKLcLm, CMYKLcLmLk, CMYKLcLmLkW?etc
- What is the ink type? OEM or after market
- What is the RIP software? Onyx, Flexi-SAi, Versaworks?etc
