Do we provide .icc profiles when the customer is using 3rd party inks?

Customers can obtain .icc profiles from their ink supplier or use a generic profile from the printer manufacturer.

If a supplier doesn’t provide a custom .icc profile, customers may try the OEM profiles since many third-party inks are designed to work with the printer’s original profiles.

Also, 3rd party inks voids the printer warranty and Arlon digital print media warranty.
